FAQs

Is there a grace period for late arrivals?

There is no single, universal grace period for late arrivals under C&F (Cost and Freight) terms. Whether a grace period exists and how it is applied depends entirely on the specific context, such as the port of entry or the specific contract terms.

How far in advance should I book?

The timing of your booking is often tied to other logistics and financial processes. The booking process is one of the first formal stages in the shipment cycle, and it typically begins when you provide the shipping documentation.

What services do you offer?

Customs C&F, Import & Expert, Door-to-Door Delivery service.

Do I need a permit for my CA?

Usually Yes. Most cities and counties require a business license or tax certificate to operate..
